Mike Thomas Building Services was established in 1986 and as well as providing a Specialist Works Capability, we continue to offer a 24hr Emergency Service for general building works to the local community.

Our offices are based in Cwmgors, which is situated between Pontardawe and Ammanford and we cover all areas from Bridgend to Carmarthen.

Over the years the Team have undertaken work in the Private Sector and Local Authorities, incorporating Building Renovations and Disabled Grant Work. We also undertake work on behalf of various Insurance Companies as preferred contractors and Claims Handlers.

Our sister company Mike Thomas Preservation is a Member of the largest Damp Proofing organisation in the country, the BWPDA (British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association).
